Joe has earned his Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania

Carol Asselta is a seasoned Human Resources leader with strategic
and operational experience in manufacturing, service, consulting
and higher education. She has a proven track record in delivering
results in Fortune 500 companies serving as the Director of Human
Resources for Exelon, Lenox China, Wheaton Industries and Clevepak
Corp. She is regarded as a leader and team builder with strong consultative
skills and the ability to link vision and strategy with business
objectives.
Carol's functional areas of expertise include organizational design,
team building, strategic staffing, EEO and affirmative action, labor/employee
relations, performance management, HRIS, compensation, benefits
and legal compliance.
Carol has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Rowan University
and a Master in Labor Relations & Human Resources from Rutgers University.
She also received a certification in Organizational Development
and Professional Effectiveness from Saint Joseph's University. Carol
has a number of certifications, including the Senior Professional
Human Resource Certification (SPHR).
Glynn Short is an accomplished business development and project
management professional with over 25 years of experience at the
national and international levels.
Glynn brings expertise in team development, training and relationship
building through his entrepreneurial leadership. He has developed
customer care applications as well as product marketing positioning
for major technology companies, domestically and abroad.
Glynn served as VP of Sales with Performance Criteria, and has
held senior management positions with CXR Telecom, Rockwell International
and T-Mobile.
Glynn has earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Colorado, and has advanced training in technical sales
management from the University of California and project management
training from Rockwell International.
Paul Rafalowski is the founder of CLIENTPATH, LLC. Paul specializes
in increasing client revenues and improving marketing performance.
He brings more than 20 years of marketing, consultative selling,
and business management experience to Career Mentor Associates®.
Prior to joining CMA and founding CLIENTPATH, Paul was a Sales
Engineering Manager at Verizon, managing a team of technology professionals.
Previously, he managed technology demonstration centers where he
co-developed and conducted business workshops for small to mid-sized
businesses. Paul held senior sales and managerial positions at Bellcore,
and AT&T. He also consulted to Public Communications clients
for their trade shows and association marketing programs. Paul began
his career as an Account Executive - Industry Consultant at Bell
of Pennsylvania. Paul has earned his MS Degree from the University
of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics and his BA degree from
La Salle University.

Nathan Slauson is a leader in lean construction, manufacturing,
and management processes and methods. He is an accomplished change
agent, business professional, and expert in value-added processes,
providing leadership for organizations in transition. Nate has served
as a senior executive manager (COO, President, and CEO) in the construction
industry and professional organizations. Nate is a long-standing
member of The American Association of Professional Estimators, Project
Management Institute, and the Association of Cost Engineers (AACE).
He combines practical business experience with academic excellence.
Nate is a proven leader in organizational strategic planning and
has made presentations to business leaders around the world on a
variety of topics, such as leadership, organizational and personnel
cost effectiveness, efficiency, planning, and cost reductions.

Linda has successfully blended her psychology background and her own
practical business experience to offer a unique combination of professional
expertise and intuitive insights. Linda serves as a coach, trainer,
and consultant and offers her clients strategies to align personal
and professional goals.
Linda has been working with groups and individuals to bring about
effective changes since 1986. She brings her knowledge and experience
to the business world to guide companies and their personnel facing
ongoing changes such as increasing employee performance or transitioning
through mergers and downsizing. Linda recognizes that change is
a developmental process and works with clients to move through the
transitional stages, focusing on their strengths as they adapt their
attitudes and behaviors.
Linda is a member of the American Society for Training and Development
and the International Coach Federation, Inc. She earned her Master's
Degree in Psychology and Group Dynamics from West Chester University.
For more than 20 years, Jim Donovan has worked with individuals,
companies, and organizations to implement strategies for personal
and professional growth.
An internationally recognized author, Jim is a coach and a frequent
speaker to businesses, trade groups, and associations. His seminars
have benefited hundreds of audiences nationwide. Jim's Transformational
Living, individual and group programs, employ proven processes

Linda has developed her coaching and mentoring expertise over 30
years by emphasizing learning and communication skills.
Linda earned an MA from Arcadia University, specializing in group
dynamic processes. She is a highly respected resource for clients
who desire to improve their leadership capacity and communication
skills in the work environment.
Linda's individual coaching sessions provide practical strategies
which are tailored to different learning styles. The process begins
with each client completing a personal behavior style inventory.
Utilizing client inventory responses, Linda then prepares selected
customized reports that become the tools for coaching. The next
step is for the client to review the report, identify strengths,
and select areas for growth. During the coaching sessions, Linda
works with clients to add value, foster creativity, create momentum,
recognize obstacles, empower action, and reduce stress. Her goal
is to increase client career performance and satisfaction.
Pat Harrington, lead professional resume writer, helps clients
maximize their unique value contributions and translates this expertise
into helping employers meet their corporate goals.
Pat is a member of the Professional Association of Résumé
Writers & Career Coaches (PARWCC), a Certified Professional
Résumé Writer (CPRW) and a Job and Career Transition
Coach (JCTC). Pat is also a Certified Employment Interview Professional
(CEIP) and charter member of the Career Masters Institute, and belongs
to the Career Planning and Adult Development Network.
Pat discovered that even seasoned professionals often failed to
effectively communicate their "unique value proposition"
in their career documents. This realization, along with her training
in art and design, and a keen interest in desktop publishing, led
her to focus her efforts on the résumé process. She
not only writes effectively, but also produces résumés
that are attractive and eye-catching.
