How are services provided?

The Career Mentor program is available to organizations in two ways:

Option 1: Web-Based

We provide on line and on site servicesThe first option for organizations is our turnkey 24/7, self-paced web-based services. This is available to organizations through a service agreement or a licensing agreement. The service agreement allows organizations to assign personnel user names and passwords for a specific period of time and immediate access to all web-based Career Mentor Associates®.

The licensing agreement can also provide organizations with a personalized web-based portal, which is customized to fit the organization's needs. In other words, the Career Mentor site becomes the organization's site with separate organizational URL address and identifications. Personnel are assigned user names and passwords and can access Career Mentor Associates® via your organization's personal portal.

Option 2: Personalized Services

We provide a variety of on-site or on-line services, which include coaching, organizational consulting, behavior assessments, on-site management training, and workshops.
